Purchase Not Received
I made a purchase, but didn’t receive my item. What should I do?
First, restart the game. In many cases, the item will appear after relaunching the game and syncing your account.
If that doesn’t help, wait 15–30 minutes and restart the game again. Sometimes purchases can take a little longer to process.
If the purchase still hasn’t been delivered, please contact support and include the following information:
- The name of the bundle or item you purchased
- The date of purchase
- Screenshots of the payment receipt
- A screenshot of the purchased bundle or item
Providing these details will help us investigate the issue more quickly.
